A little over a year ago, I was contacted by Katie who was pregnant with her first child and wanted some maternity photos and then subsequently photos of her newborn. Isla was one of my very first little clients. Even though a year has passed, this little girl can still light up a room with her happiness. She is very special, as is her Mommy and Daddy. We had the perfect fall day in the park for some outdoor shots and then headed over to their home to capture a Cake Smash Session for Isla’s First Birthday. Isla certainly enjoyed it quite a bit! Thank you to The -D- Family for a year of firsts and I look forward to capturing more special moments for you. 🙂
Katie and Kerri (from the previous post) are sisters and I had the opportunity of meeting them both during my college days. Katie and Adam are due with their first in September, and I was delighted to be able to capture this special time for them. Here are a few of my favorites from their session. Congratulations Katie and Adam! We can’t wait to meet the little one!!
I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful couple just prior to her giving birth to their cute little bundle, Aiden! Nadya is a good friend of my sister, Bridget – they went to college together at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. So, when Nadya contacted me about taking her maternity portraits, of course I was delighted! And get this – we found out that Nadya’s first cousin, Kevin, is a friend of mine from when I went to college at the University of Rhode Island! Small world, indeed! Congrats to Nadya and Sam!!
